Burgers

The menu includes both classic and gourmet burgers. When preparing our burgers, we also honor our motto EVERYTHING FROM THE BASIS. We prepare everything we can ourselves.
Every morning we bake buns from the highest quality ingredients. The basis is organic flour from a small mill 100 kilometers from Pilsen and eggs from Šumava. It took us a long time to fine-tune the recipe so that the buns are soft, tasty and do not disrupt the overall experience of the burger as a whole, do not overshadow other ingredients.
The second most important ingredient is meat. We buy this from A-maso, where we are sure that they carefully select Czech farmers who monitor the diet, quality and slaughter. We grind the meat for the burgers fresh every day and prepare it right in front of you on a mixture of high-quality charcoal and beech wood.

We prepare all our mayonnaises in different flavors ourselves and also according to the season. This is preceded by the production of flavored oils - basil, smoked, etc. In some mayonnaises, we use miso made in the Czech Republic.

We buy vegetables from our friend Aleš, who has an organic food store called Biologico in Pilsen. He imports organic quality vegetables from Germany. But we also use local farmers and our Italian suppliers - we bring some vegetables from the Naples market.

The quality of each individual ingredient is important to us.
Together, we try to offer you a burger full of intense but balanced flavors.

Grilled meat

We will prepare steaks from matured beef right in front of you on our open grill. Every steak that reaches your table has a traceable origin. It comes only from Czech farms and is dry-aged for at least 50 days. Thanks to dry aging, the meat becomes tender and acquires a more intense flavor.
On our menu you will also find matured pork chop on the bone, the so-called pork tomahawk, but also marinated and then grilled chicken from Mrs. Malečková's farm.

Fried appetizers

Fritti napoletani are fried Neapolitan appetizers – a street food that can be found literally on every corner in Naples, and at the same time, they must not be missing as an appetizer in any Neapolitan pizzeria. There are three basic types:

Frittatina di pasta – cooked pasta (most often Bucatini), béchamel, mozzarella or provola, seasoning ingredients according to your imagination; fried in batter – pastela

Arancini – rice balls, which are also known in Sicily, stuffed according to your imagination

Croché – potato croquettes with parmesan, parsley, stuffed with provola (smoked mozzarella)

Grilled appetizers

We want our grill to find the widest possible use, so we try to involve it in the preparation of various appetizers. We use various techniques - baking in ash, smoking, burning and seasoning.
