Just as we are interested in where each of our ingredients comes from, we are also interested in wine. We offer you wines that we enjoy drinking ourselves, and we believe that you will enjoy them too. We import all of our wines ourselves and we know all of the winemakers personally. We focus on winemakers mainly from Italy and Austria. However, you will also find local, Czech wines with us. We purchase French champagne from our friend Antonín Suchánek, who focuses on this area. We select only artisan winemakers who work with respect for nature in the vineyard and in the cellar. They do not use any pesticides or herbicides. This means that they leave life in the vineyard and do not damage the soil. They let the taste of the grapes, the region, and the vintage stand out. They do not need to embellish their wines with the use of chemical preparations. Thanks to this, you can taste real wines from grapes that will not give you a headache the next morning. When making our selection, we tried to think of everyone, so we believe that everyone will choose a wine from us. In our portfolio you will find wines of a more classic character, but also wines that are a little more lively and interesting. But what we can tell you with certainty is that these are wines from people who make them with their heart according to traditional methods.
